Schedule This is a full-time position (35-40 hours per week). We're open Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. What You'll Do As a key member of our medical team, your responsibilities will include: * Assisting veterinarians during exams and procedures, ensuring safe and effective animal restraint * Performing pre-physical tasks (weights, temperatures, histories, reason for visit) * Administering prescribed medications, vaccines, treatments, and assisting with dental cleanings * Monitoring anesthesia and patient vitals following established safety protocols * Obtaining and positioning radiographs * Monitoring surgical patients during recovery * Running in-house lab tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, fecal analysis) * Providing emergency first aid and life-saving support when needed * Preparing and labeling samples for laboratory testing * Maintaining and sterilizing equipment and instruments * Preparing patients for surgery, including IV catheter placement and clipping * Filling prescriptions and accurately labeling medications * Keeping exam rooms and treatment areas clean and organized * Collaborating with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and client communication Benefits & Perks We're committed to taking care of our team-both at work and at home.
