Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Provide treatment for minor injuries and illnesses. * Triage student health concerns and refer to appropriate medical or counseling services. * Support students managing chronic health conditions. * Develop and maintain health crisis management policies and train staff accordingly. * Serve as a liaison/health advisor among students, parents, and others connected to the student. * Review and follow up on student health history forms. * Maintain accurate and confidential health records. * Manage clinical supply inventory and ordering in compliance with nursing/medical guidelines. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and all relevant regulations. * Contribute to the curriculum planning and development of healthy programs to promote positive health within the campus community. Minimum Qualifications Education: Completion of an accredited Nursing program. Licensure: Current Nursing certification in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing (or equivalent).
