Partner with clients: We have excellent client compliance, which gives us (and you) the opportunity to do "real" medicine Provide a Fear Free experience: Our staff is trained in Fear Free patient handling and offers pre-visit calming kits, sedation (as needed), cuddles, and squeezable cheese as a treat-whatever works best for each pet!
