Duties

Assist with inventory, restocking, and preparing supplies

Support front desk tasks as needed (phone calls, scheduling, payments) to ensure smooth clinic flow
Requirements
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or assistant/technician role strongly preferred
Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology
Competence in handling and restraining animals safely and compassionately
Familiarity with basic diagnostics and patient care tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfort using computer systems, multi-line phones, and office equipment

Aid Veterinary Technicians (VT) with booked appointments, walk-ins, and work-ins, including recording observations/treatment plans in the patient file, and aid in the performance of medical treatments under doctor supervision.
Assist the Client Service Specialist team when needed
