The hospital is supported with 24/7 support staff and doctor staffing until midnight (hoping to have doctors 24/7 in the near future). The position would entail a 3 or 4 day work week (3, 12s or 4, 10s) based on surgeon preference. No weekend or on call requirements however the ability to perform an emergent surgery on a weekend would be beneficial in the event it is warranted.
