POSITION: We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Veterinary Technician, passionate about serving pets and people in need. We have a unique schedule that offers a balance of personal and work balance. We operate on a set schedule, consisting of three 12-13 hour shifts per week. We have two teams that alternate their schedules weekly, Team A and Team B. For example, on week 1, Team A works on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 am to 7:30 pm, and the following week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the same hours. On week 1, Team B works on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and the following week they work Monday, Friday, and Saturday. These schedules continue to alternate each week

Essential Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians in the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery and other tasks as needed.

Obtain blood, stool, and other samples; perform in-hospital laboratory testing and prepare specimens for outside laboratories.
