Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a regional locum DVM to serve hospitals north Texas. Based on our current locations, this role will primarily serve small animal GPs in the greater Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex (Arlington, Plano, McKinney). This is a full-time relief position that is perfect for doctors easily connect with diverse teams and would find fulfillment having adynamic caseload We're open to four-day or five-day scheduling (4-10s or 5-8s). There are NO weekend, emergency, or on-call services in this role.
We're looking to hire a veterinarian who will easily adapt to each hospital's culture/needs and has hands-on experience working with small animals. To be considered for the role, you must be a licensed DVM (or have the ability to become licensed) in Texas. Veterinarians who have 2+ years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

This role will provide support to three small animal hospitals based in DFW. Two hospitals are in central/north Arlington (near ATT Stadium), and a third location is in Plano (Preston Rd & George Bush Turnpike). As Western Veterinary Partners grows, this role will also support a hospital based in McKinney. Responsibilities
The Veterinary Technician Assistant (TA) is responsible for maintaining excellent patient care and operational productivity by helping the Veterinary Technician (VT) leverage their time and efforts to meet the needs of our clients and patients. Aid Veterinary Technicians (VT) with booked appointments, walk-ins, and work-ins, including recording observations/treatment plans in the patient file, and aid in the performance of medical treatments under doctor supervision.

We're seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our client's established, multi-doctor small animal general practice located in Hurst, TX, just minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth.
For over 20 years, their dedicated Medical Director has led a loyal team and built a strong, long-standing client base known for trust and continuity of care.

General hospital hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm
Flexible scheduling: option to start/finish earlier or later based on preference
Work alongside a tenured Medical Director (20+ years' experience) and another experienced DVM
2.5:1 vet tech-to-doctor support ratio
Exposure to a wide range of advanced services, if desired, including:
Advanced dental care
Cardiology
Ophthalmology
Orthopedic surgery
Modern diagnostics and equipment in a well-organized, efficient practice
Compensation & Benefits
$135,000 - $175,000 base salary
20% production, no negative accrual
Relocation/signing bonus available
3 weeks PTO + 1 week dedicated CE
$3,500 annual CE allowance

About You
DVM or equivalent; eligible for a Texas veterinary license
Competent in routine surgery and dentistry (or eager to grow with mentorship)
