Client Communication: Clearly communicate health statuses, prognosis, and treatment options to pet owners, ensuring they are engaged partners in their pets care. Mentorship: Provide guidance and clinical support to Licensed Veterinary Technicians and support staff to maintain high medical standards and efficient workflow. Record Keeping: Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely electronic medical records (paperless systems).
