POSITION OVERVIEW
Milliken's Laurel Plant in Gainesville, FL is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Process Controls Engineer for a full-time, Monday through Friday 1st shift position. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the plant's instrumentation and control systems-including Siemens PCS7-through hands-on troubleshooting, programming, system upgrades, and project leadership. The engineer will also contribute to safety initiatives, maintain system documentation, train operators, and ensure overall system reliability. While the position follows a standard weekday schedule, candidates should expect occasional work outside normal business hours in the event of urgent system issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide hands-on support for plant instrumentation and control systems, including Siemens PCS7 and legacy platforms (Moore, Eurotherm, Modbus, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure reliable and continuous plant operations.
Lead and support control system upgrade projects, from planning and design to installation and commissioning.
Configure and maintain system architecture, including servers, networks (Profinet/Profibus), remote I/O, and HMI graphics.
Maintain and update engineering documentation such as P&IDs, network hierarchies, loop diagrams, and general arrangement drawings.
Train engineers and operators on control systems, functionality, and safety protocols.
Implement best practices for control strategies, smart instrumentation, and firmware/software updates.
Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and participate in change management related to control systems.
Manage vendor service contracts and maintain critical spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with all site safety policies, participate in safety audits, and promote a strong safety culture.

Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science or related field; Bachelors degree preferred
Understanding of P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams

2+ years' experience programming DCS systems (Siemens PCS7, DeltaV, etc.)

Position Summary
The Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. This role involves pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure support, and post-procedure recovery care. The RN collaborates with physicians, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced procedural setting.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct pre-procedure assessments and patient education.
Administer medications and moderate sedation per protocol.
Monitor patient condition throughout procedures, responding promptly to changes.
Provide recovery and discharge teaching to patients and families.

Qualifications
Required:
Current RN license (DC or compact, must have by start date)

About the Position:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the financial management of the organization to include premium rate development, actuarial services, directed payments, budget analysis/management, financial modeling and reporting, cost benefit analysis, capitation development, claim operations, forecasting needs, facilities, payroll, accounting/treasury operations, internal auditing, risk insurance management, and purchasing including the procurement process.
In addition to providing financial leadership for IEHP, this position will be responsible for actuarial planning, forecasting, and analysis of financial/organizational risk associated with Medi‑Cal, Covered California, and Medicare CCI Dual lines of business. The CFO will offer quality, meaningful analyses, and financial perspectives necessary for organizational decisions and strategic/operational planning. The CFO is also responsible for the following non-financial departments - Claims, Property Management, Facilities, Business Continuity, Medical Economics, and Risk Score Management for Medi‑Cal, Covered California, and DSNP products.
Responsibilities:
Oversees and directs budgeting, financial audits, MCO tax, accounting, capitation, purchasing, premium rate development with the DHCS, Covered California, and CMS, procurement of capital equipment, services and supplies, long‑range forecasting, risk insurance management activities, recovery of claim overpayments, financial auditing of IPAs and vendors, internal audit, and treasury for IEHP.
Manages staff to develop and implement procedures and computer application systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.
Ensures staff is engaged, well informed, and aligned with organizational priorities through clear communication, ongoing coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Provides strategic leadership and insights into IEHP's business lines while actively partnering with executive leaders to drive alignment, inform decision making, and ensure financial sustainability across the organization.

Coordinates treasury activities such as custodian of funds and IEHP's assets.

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

Experience with Medi‑Cal or Medicaid is required and existing Medi‑Cal experience and relationships with DHCS are preferred.
The financial aspects of a managed care health plan, including finance, accounting, capitation, fee‑for‑service, procurement process, actuarial support, claim overpayments, internal auditing, risk pools, Rate Development Template (RDT)/Directed Payment Program (DPP), risk corridors, and MLR requirements.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required.
Master's degree in a relevant financial field from an accredited institution is preferred.
Salary range: A reasonable starting salary expectation is between $517,213 - $603,408, based upon related/relevant experience and internal equity.
