Description:
The Supervisor in the Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Program provides both administrative and clinical oversight for a specialized therapeutic foster care service line at The Guidance Center. This role ensures effective delivery of mental health services to children, therapeutic foster families, and biological families within the TFCO model. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, crisis intervention support, detailed documentation oversight, placement decisions, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong clinical judgment, advanced knowledge of the DSM, and the ability to remain calm and effective in crisis situations. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on program needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided when a personal vehicle is used.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of mental health experience with children and adolescents.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
Experience managing complex family systems, crisis response, and community-based interventions required.
Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling - Required.
Must hold one of the following active Michigan licenses: LMSW, LLP, or LPC.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Counsel to join Decagon and help shape the legal foundation of our fast-growing AI company. As a key early hire in this role, you will join a team of legal professionals working as trusted partners to teams across Sales, Security, Product, and Leadership. From negotiating complex enterprise SaaS agreements to streamlining contract operations, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue, protecting the business, and building scalable legal infrastructure from the ground up.
In this role you will...
Be a part of a team reviewing and negotiating our commercial agreements, working cross functionally to balance legal risk with business outcomes, tailoring your guidance based on context and deal stage.
Build relationships throughout our company, and serve a solutions oriented partner to provide guidance to sales teams based on our technology, market norms, and your experience.
Define what excellent looks like on a legal team in a hypergrowth startup - establish working norms and process to provide top-tier service.
Work to design, update, and enforce policies and controls over Decagon's contracting process.
Grow with the team as Decagon scales, and be open to taking on new challenges outside of Commercial legal as appropriate.
You'd be a good fit if you...
Are a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction with 4 - 7+ years of legal experience, including time at a top-tier law firm and/or a relevant in-house role.
Have deep experience drafting, negotiating, and closing on a high volume of commercial agreements, including SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and partner/reseller deals.
Are fluent in legal frameworks (like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), security concepts, AI governance, and intellectual property concerns that arise in SaaS transactions.
Understand how to balance legal risk with business outcomes, and can tailor guidance based on context and deal stage.
Thrive in cross-functional environments and are comfortable being the go-to legal resource for Sales, Finance, Product, and RevOps as we build out a global contracting process.
Can leave your ego at the door and communicate clearly and effectively, translating legal complexity and abstract risk into actionable guidance for internal non-legal stakeholders - and do the same with counterparties who may not be at the same level of sophistication.
Are flexible, eager to learn and grow, and are energized by fast growth, ambiguity, and the opportunity to build scalable legal systems that drive velocity.

Have in-house legal experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Have a process-building mindset, and have worked closely with RevOps or LegalOps on CLM tools and Salesforce integrations.
Are experienced leading customer-facing contract negotiations directly with enterprise clients, and especially highly-regulated customers (financial services, healthcare, SLED & FED).
Have negotiated AI terms with counterparties - and can articulate common issues with brevity.
Have built and maintained legal playbooks, fallback clause libraries, and approval workflows.
Have trained commercial teams on contract review, negotiation strategy, or compliance topics, and are eager to mentor junior colleagues.

Malvern Treatment Centers, located in Malvern, PA, is currently seeking a part time Counselor to work week and/or weekend days.
Position Summary: Counsels patients regarding all aspects of their addiction; to be an active member of the treatment team in the formulation of assessments, treatment plans, diagnostic summary, progress notes and continuing care planning. Promotes the safety/wellness and well-being of patients.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:
Administers assessments, establishes and revises individualized treatment goals and participates in formulation of diagnostic summaries.
Documents patient progress in electronic medical record which facilitates UM and corresponds to goals and objectives in treatment plan.
Completes case conference documentation in a timely manner.
Addresses problematic behaviors in patients.
Improves delivery of treatment and participates in ongoing educational process.
Keeps referral sources informed of patient progress in a timely manner.
Maintains communication with patients families and facilitates participation in treatment.
Keeps personal issues separate from therapeutic process and relationships.
Assumes responsibilities for case management, lectures, group therapy as required and asked.
Maintains and sets up aftercare for all patients in a timely manner in case of AMA.
Completes treatment plans and transition summaries on time and in a comprehensive manner.
Performs evaluations for potential admissions and refers patients to appropriate level of care and determines appropriate length of stay based on ASAM criteria
Involves patients in the treatment planning process.
Facilitates transition process in an appropriate manner.
Must complete 25 hours of training per year.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: A Masters Degree (no job experience required), Bachelors Degree (1 year experience required) or Associates Degree (2 years experience required) from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting. If the practicum did not take place in a drug and alcohol setting, the individuals written training plan shall specifically address a plan to achieve counseling competency in chemical dependency issues,

Current licensure in this Commonwealth as a registered nurse and a degree from an accredited school of nursing and 1 year of counseling experience (minimum of 1820 hours) in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting. If a persons experience did not take place in a drug and alcohol setting, the individuals written training plan shall specifically address a plan to achieve counseling competency in chemical dependency issues,

Full certification as an addictions counselor.
Master's degree in a related field preferred; will accept Bachelor's or Associate's degree with corresponding experience
One to two years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting
Knowledge of 12-step recovery and an understanding of chemical dependency
Able to provide individual counseling as well as group therapy
Able to work in a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental manner with staff and patients in order to gain confidence and cooperation
Able to operate as a role model in speech and behaviors consistent with recovery principles
Confident, articulate, and able to speak effectively in front of groups and individuals to provide education/training
Demonstrated proficiency at educating, communicating, and empathizing with patients, answering questions and concerns in a manner that is respectful
