The Telecommunications Tower Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, repairing, and analyzing the quality of tower installations including the tower structure and placement of equipment, antennas, radios, hybrids, mounts, frames and brackets on assigned towers in portions of Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. Candidates must have at least 3 years of telecommunications tower climbing experience in order to be considered.
Role and Responsibilities
Inspect entire tower structure and equipment to verify industry standards are implemented
Audit close out packages for completeness and accuracy
Audit tower drawings against actual tower construction for accuracy noting any inconsistencies
Audit tower equipment inventory for accuracy
Document and perform repairs when necessary
Perform equipment elevations, azimuths, down tilts with proper tools
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Climb towers daily up to 450 ft using climbing gear, harness, and safety gear while following strict safety procedures and guidelines implemented by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Maintain safety procedures and inspect climbing gear and all tools before use
Ability to work outside and withstand varied inclement weather conditions
Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Certifications in tower construction or equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered
Minimum 3 years within the wireless tower industry , ideally with both turf and tower experience

Current or ability to complete certification in Tower Rescue/Safe Rigging/RF Awareness/OSHA 30 and CPR First Aid
Experience with proper tower construction and installation of all antennas, radios, dishes, hybrids and brackets, along with shelter/cabinet entry of said equipment.
Ericsson experience preferred
Must be able to read CD's, RFDS, and TED's to install as required or redline if needed
Must be able to complete full closeouts including electronic documentation and photos.

The primary functions of an Underground Construction Technician are to install, expand and maintain ALLO's underground conduit system safely and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare trench areas for the installation of conduit, pedestals and other ALLO structures.
Install, maintain, and expand ALLO's conduit network in preparation of underground fiber installation.
Use appropriate heavy equipment, hand, and power tools to properly erect all components necessary for lifting, moving, and installing underground materials in accordance with the applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards.
Construct, install, and splice varying sizes of conduit in or alongside open trenches in a variety of different working conditions.
Troubleshoot all aspects of the conduit network to ensure the successful installation of ALLO's underground fiber-optic network.
Accurately locate underground cable and duct using cable locator and other methods
Read and understand provided maps to identify the placement of ALLO conduit network.
Verify the accuracy and notate any discrepancies relating to re-entry of all existing splice enclosures.
Maintain all equipment.
Provide a safe working environment by being knowledgeable, enforce all state, local, and company safety procedures.
Operate and maintain company-owned vehicles.
Inspect vehicle daily and maintain a valid driver's license and commercial license if applicable.
Maintain on-call responsibilities relating to emergency restoration as assigned.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Operational Leadership:

Budgeting Management:

Reporting:

Customer Satisfaction:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber optic construction or a similar role.
Minimum of 3 years in telecommunications operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience in managing teams, vendor relationships, and operational processes.

Audit close out packages for completeness and accuracy
Audit tower drawings against actual tower construction for accuracy noting any inconsistencies
Audit tower equipment inventory for accuracy
Document and perform repairs when necessary
Perform equipment elevations, azimuths, down tilts with proper tools
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Climb towers daily up to 450 ft using climbing gear, harness, and safety gear while following strict safety procedures and guidelines implemented by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Maintain safety procedures and inspect climbing gear and all tools before use
Ability to work outside and withstand varied inclement weather conditions
