Ronald A. Klein has served as a director and the Chief Executive Officer since August 2003. He is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Klein joined Origen Financial L.L.C.'s predecessor in February 1999 and currently serves as Origen Financial L.L.C.'s sole manager and its Chief Executive Officer.
