He has authored numerous technical papers in satellite networking and computer and communications security, and holds patents for inventions in these areas. Hart was named the 2004 Outstanding Executive by the UCSD Jacobs School of Engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of California, San Diego.

Kevin J.
