The Utilities division provides streetlight installations, distribution field services, directional boring and trenching, and emergency restoration works to power utility industry. The company was founded in 2001 and is based in Lakeland, Florida with additional offices in Albany, Georgia; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Chesapeake, Virginia. It also has project offices in the Eastern United States. As of November 17, 2005, Viasys Services, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Cotton Holdings, Inc.
