1982

Razin served as Treasurer from the incorporation until October 1982.

After it went public in 1982, it reached revenues of $11.5 million the following year.

1987

In 1987, however, revenues were back down to $9.6 million.

1996

1996 The company purchases Clinitec International.

1997

Trouble had already begun brewing for the company in the spring of 1997.

1999

Hussein and Shapiro put forth a proposal for consideration by QSI's shareholders during its annual meeting in September 1999.

2000

2000 Razin resigns as head of the company; Patrick Cline becomes interim chief executive officer, replaced by Louis E. Silverman.

2001

Although revenues had grown to $44 million in 2001, with fewer than 10 percent of United States medical practices utilizing adequate information technology systems, "[a] lot of our task is to get the word out, let doctors know it exists.

Beginning in 2001, it launched an advertising campaign targeting IT-related medical journals.

2015

First complete EHR to receive 2015 Edition Cures Update Health IT certification

2017

Named Most Improved Physician Practice in 2017 Best in KLAS report for NextGen Practice Management solution – an increase of 12 percent year-over-year in the 75+ provider segment

2018

Receives the 2018 White Coat Award for highest accuracy in the delivery of prescriptions

Named Most Improved Physician Practice in 2018 Best in KLAS report

2019

Named Top Practice Management solution in Best in KLAS 2019 report (11+ physicians), bypassing long-seated competitors

2020

Recognized as Top Practice Management solution in 2020 Best in KLAS report (11–75 providers)

2021

Receives 2021 Surescripts White Coat Award for Structured & Codified Sig Champion
