Move and clean furnishings and fixtures including but not limited to dusting, spot cleaning, and washing. Disinfect when necessary and polish where required. Clean bathrooms (private and public). Clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors and walls as directed. Washes windows and mirrors. Replenishes public bathroom supplies (soap, tissue, etc.) Clean offices, dining rooms, break rooms, laundry rooms, Health Center resident rooms, rooms, resident apartments, storage rooms, halls, stairways, entrances and exits. Perform cleaning duties according to established procedures in resident rooms when resident has been discharged or transferred. Empty, clean, and reline wastebaskets. Perform cleaning duties in isolation units. Perform emergency housekeeping when accidents occur, including but not limited to bodily fluid clean up. Qualification: A desire to make a difference! Village policy does not allow giving callers resident's or employee's phone numbers or other personal information. • Greet all people entering the building, including visitors, prospective residents, family members, applicants, vendors, delivery and repair personnel; ascertains their needs and assists them or directs them to the proper person/department. Ensures the security and privacy of residents by having visitors sign the guest register and notifying the resident or department of the visitor. • Greets and assists all residents and employees and assists or directs them to the proper person/department. Assists the Secretary in providing office support to Marketing, Human Resources (provides applicants with Job Application forms), Resident Services and other departments as necessary. • Schedules transportation for resident doctor appointments and confirms leave times with both residents and the driver. • Handles resident complaints with patience, tact and understanding, utilizing the Village's practices and policies, and directs them to the proper person/department, when necessary. • May be asked to support the front office part-time hours occasionally in the event of an emergency or illness with the part-time staff. • Completes resident requests such as: the weighing of letters/packages; making photocopies; retrieving packages and prescriptions that have been delivered for residents and obtaining signatures for same; sending faxes; reserving guest rooms; completing charge slips. • Knows how to operate all office equipment, including the fax machine, the large and small copiers and the postage machine. Keeps copiers stocked with paper and ensures that all equipment is turned on in the morning and is in proper working condition. • Performs the daily performance and follow through of the resident electronic door check system, saving data as required. • Performs a variety of clerical duties, including but not limited to, posting data on the computer, typing of various letters, memos, forms, etc. as directed by the Secretary, Executive Secretary and/or Executive Director. • Maintains and updates the Resident Apartment List by Number. • Maintains the Resident & Employee Vehicle Information report, updating as necessary. • Records UPS, U.S. Mail and Federal Express packages, as well as pharmacy deliveries for residents, and notifies residents of deliveries; helps sort mail when needed. • Receipts resident monthly statements, fills out resident charge slips, assists in preparing mailings to meet deadlines; assists with the completion of other priority projects, including ordering of office supplies, as delegated by the Secretary or Executive Secretary. • Responsible for daily updating of the in-house cable TV system each week day morning which includes turning on/off the appropriate programs for the day, updating the daily weather forecast, adding any special notices and maintaining notification to the residents of when the “Mail is In”. • Responsible for all daily operations of front desk, including phones when Secretary is away from the office. • Operates short wave radio and/or cell phone for communication with plant, transportation and security personnel. QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write, and communicate in English. • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and use basic mathematic skills. • One to three years' receptionist experience answering phones and providing customer service. • Ability to follow established phone etiquette in a pleasant voice using proper speech and grammar. • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with basic computer knowledge.

The Sales and Leasing Agent sells features and benefits of apartment living for a 55+ rental community to prospective and current residents. In addition, they will be marketing and selling Friendship at Home, a LifeCare product, similar to that of Friendship Village of Dublin, that is available at home, whether that be at The Bailey or in the greater community. The Bailey is the only 55+ Active Adult community in Bridge Park. Essential Job Duties: Greet all potential and current residents, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present available offerings to include apartment homes; communicate features and benefits of the desired product. Schedule and conduct meetings with consumers. Manage the sales process to complete sale; including professional conversations through phone calls, texts, scheduling appointments, introducing the desired product, showcase the product in a positive nature, completing appropriate, timely follow-up, addressing any questions and/or objections, guiding the application process and contract signing. Maintain detailed records of all available inventory, sales and referral source activity within the Vectre and Sherpa CRM systems. Compile weekly and monthly reports upon request. Accurately complete application, pre-lease, leases and renewal applications, assist with verification, and notify prospective residents of results. Regularly communicate with key leaders such as Care Coordinators, Sales Director and Resident Services regarding new move ins and new members, pertinent issues and work to support satisfaction and conflict resolution. Perfect for those looking to pick up some extra cash! Essential Duties Make a difference in the lives of our residents by providing 5-star customer service! Inspects vehicle to ensure operating safely and within legal guidelines weekly and/or prior to all extended trips. Inspects interior of vehicle following trips to ensure personal belongings of passengers are not left behind. Keeps vehicle in proper working condition; completes Preventative Maintenance services, checks and replenishes the gas, oil, and fluids, replaces oil filters, spark plugs, changes tires, windshield wipers; washes and cleans exterior and interior of vehicles. Keeps plant director informed of any mechanical problems. Qualifications A desire to make a difference! Willingness to grow! Valid CDL with no more than 6 points. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience driving a commercial bus and experience with the elderly preferred. Must drive in a safe and courteous manner. Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Delivers food in a timely manner and attends to the needs of the guests throughout the dining experience. Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service. Provides consistently high levels of customer service for our residents and their guests, adapting to the needs and service level expectations associated with each dining location. Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes if needed. Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in work areas. Exhibits acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code. Completes all assigned cleaning tasks. Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train. Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
