- 10+ years experience in product management or business operations with a proven track record of building impactful MarTech solutions on a global scale
- 5+ years experience managing teams that deliver or use email deliverability solutions
- Deep experience working with qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to assess and inform decision-making
- Ability to speak the language of developers and engineers, independently conduct data analysis, and produce reporting visualizations
- Sound knowledge of the digital marketer’s jobs-to-be-done and solutions landscape, including how they make decisions, how they deploy communications, and how they optimize conversions
- Demonstrated experience managing products at all stages of the product life cycle
- Have strong business judgment to make the right assumptions to drive desired outcomes
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Able to deal tactfully, respectfully, and effectively with a diverse array of individuals; develops and communicates logical, convincing reasons, including lessons learned, to build support for one's viewpoints and actions. Involves others in decisions and plans that affect them, when appropriate, but confident enough to move forward where consensus is not needed
- Conveys a sense of urgency in ways that motivate others to complete responsibilities and achieve our collective goals

- Excellent quantitative analysis and documentation skills
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- The role will be based in our Boston, MA or Broomfield, CO office, with occasional travel to other Validity offices and conferences worldwide
Pay Range: Approximately $175,000 - $220,000 base, plus bonus opportunities and stock options.
Final salary may vary depending on skills, location, and/or experience.
