About the Role
A Connecticut-based specialty construction and development firm is seeking a CFO / COO to serve as a strategic financial and operational leader across a diversified group of businesses. This role oversees all financial functions while partnering closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and administrative teams to guide growth, capital strategy, and long-term planning. Key Responsibilities
