Our Director of Enterprise Partnerships will be responsible for the growth and expansion of our provider network, focused on converting qualified opportunities into Participating Providers in ACO REACH, MSSP, and other Pearl offerings. Ensure that HR systems are effectively supporting the organization's HR processes, data management, and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with 2+ years of experience in a Senior Manager or equivalent role.
