What You'll Do:

This position at dcp focuses on the development, creation and execution of unscripted content across multiple genres inc. specials, series and live events. With specific focus on formatted entertainment, the VP, Development is a senior role in a department responsible for creative development and production from concept to final delivery.

The individual must possess deep industry relationships with a proven track record in selling and executing projects at multiple platforms. A widely respected, excellent communicator who can effectively collaborate with internal and external partners to produce high quality content and maximize the value of original and existing brand IP.

Your Responsibilities

+ Successfully initiate original ideas through internal development and external relationships, partnerships and third-party creatives

+ Instigate and nurture ongoing relationships with creators, talent, executives

+ Manage the creative vision through all stages of development, production and broadcast

+ Collaborate with internal divisions inc. digital, production, business affairs, finance, sales, marketing and PR

**Job Description**

+ Perform data aggregation to produce periodic and regular reports in support of routine and ad-hoc risk reporting for governance committees, risk senior managers, business line leaders, examination officers, regulators, and Home Office

+ Work closely with data and process management stakeholders that include Risk Technology, Information Aggregation Team, Data Control Management Team, and Risk Reporting Content Managers to design report visuals with various report production applications like Excel, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, and WDesk. Manage the data sourcing processes and then be responsible for validating them for weekly, monthly, and quarterly risk report production. This requires frequent interactions with various data providers and IT specialists to ensure timely data collection and report production to deliver the final report to users as scheduled.

+ Ensure a robust control environment by documenting, maintaining, and adhering to operating procedures, including performing periodic testing of source data, formulas, and queries to ensure they are working as intended; performing visual and reasonableness checks/validations and researching unusual variances; registering data issues in enterprise data management system and work with data management analyst to resolve.

+ Support Risk Report Content Managers and Report Owners by providing supporting data, producing report visuals, and data mining for analysis. Work with report owners to introduce a new report or enhance an existing report by setting up or streamlining data sourcing and aggregation processes

**Responsibilities**

+ Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of various reports in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures

+ Participate in the research and implementation of new and revised reporting requirements, and/or the evaluation of regulatory requirements for new products/transactions

+ Collect and collate appropriate input for use in reports

+ Review reporting data for accuracy and currency, and ensure that any exceptions are identified and promptly communicated to the Regulatory Reporting Manager and resolved

+ Under the supervision of management, design and develop monthly and ad hoc reporting

+ Support corporate and departmental strategy by tracking and reporting progress

+ Participate in projects as assigned

+ Ensure appropriate processes, systems and controls are in place to support transparency
