* Develops the Global Strategic Blueprint and Operating plan commitments for the Category in conjunction with Business Sourcing Leaders and P&L Finance/Stakeholders
* Ensures implementation readiness of contracts for Categories in scope
* Partners with Center of Excellence and Support Function Leaders on Strategic Initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Program Management, or Supply Chain Operations
* Substantial leadership experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Program Management or Supply Chain Operations
* Global experience leading geographically dispersed teams
* Willingness and ability to travel at least 25% of the time and internationally when needed
Preferred qualifications
* MBA
* Proven subject matter expertise in assigned categories; knowledge of key suppliers and requirements
* Significant experience in contract negotiation with global suppliers navigating complex, regulatory landscapes and processes
* Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence people and drive change at all levels of the organization
* Demonstrated ability to influence across a complex matrixed organization
* Proven financial, quantitative and data analysis skills
* Familiarity with Sourcing Systems
* Six Sigma BB/MBB trained and certified
* Proven ability to manage complex global projects
* Proven ability to resolve operational risks and drive solutions to completion with a sense of urgency
* Proven ability to work across locations and time zones including connections with regions and sites.
Demonstrated track-record of leading with the highest level of integrity with a focus on compliance
* Excellent business/financial acumen proficient in leading and setting direction for teams, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
* Demonstrated ability to lead courageously, maintaining a strong position amidst opposition to resolve important issues, and ability to navigate through a large complex business
* Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams
* Proven ability to influence/communicate at all levels; establish good relationships, drive change across functional and global boundaries
