Qualifications

• BA/BS+10 years of experience of cross functional drug development experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Advanced degree (e.g. PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, and cross-functional, cross-cultural project teams to build consensus decisions
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, delegation and conflict management skills
• Seasoned team development and leadership skills, preferably in a cross-functional team setting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of and experience in drug development and commercialization throughout the product lifecycle
• NDA submission experience preferred
• Well organized and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously

The Card Pricing Program Manager will contribute to capacity planning and release management for initiatives that focus on managing the disclosed credit card terms on a customer's account. This position sits within the Product organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing recommendations on timing and initiative sequencing, managing deployments by creating release playbooks and summaries, and managing activity, issues, and dependencies for the Card Pricing program focused on manage my terms and pricing. You will communicate to the technology groups and business product groups the features and capabilities being implemented and their value. You will also help ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree required

+ 7+ years of experience in a product or information technology setting

+ Background/Experience as a program manager, preferred

+ Proven understanding of Agile methodology

Job Description:
Provides strategic direction and leadership for a number of significant initiatives in Centerstone's Research Institute, including all Program Evaluation functions. Serves as a key contributor within the Research Institute's Leadership Team, and Enterprise Quality Council. Provides oversight of evaluation staff in multiple states and all program evaluation services provided across the Centerstone Enterprise and across Centerstone Health Partnership projects. Manages internal operations and projects. Provides critical leadership in support of Centerstone's local programming and continued growth. Leads evaluation activities for federally funded projects, to include IRB applications, evaluation protocols, analyses, reports, presentations and publications.

Program Leadership
Provides strategic, operational and administrative leadership for Centerstone's Program Evaluation department. Ensures high quality evaluation deliverables across a large portfolio of projects. Leads evaluation activities for federally funded projects, to include IRB applications, evaluation protocols, analyses, reports, presentations and publications.Serves as key member of the Research Institute leadership team. Contributes expertise to overall operational decisions, various projects, strategic priorities and initiatives within the Research Institute, and across the enterprise.Enhances organizational excellence by establishing departmental operating metrics, timelines, and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, proactively recommends and drives improvements as necessary; sets standards for accountability and measurements of success.

Staff Leadership & Management
Provides leadership and direction for the Program Evaluation leadership team. Through leadership team, supports day-to-day operations and leads team in defining and introducing strategies to produce high quality evaluation deliverables.Supports Program Evaluation staffing needs to include selection of staff, onboarding, orientation and ongoing performance management. Establishes policies and procedures for day-to-day work. Establishes and provides effective training and ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.

Administrative, Quality and Financial Responsibilities
Provides financial leadership for Program Evaluation staff and projects. Ensures financial targets are met. Monitors assigned budgets, grant requirements, etc.Oversees and at times, directly support grant writing activities, with accountability for producing competitive evaluation sections that meet funder requirements and include meaningful outcomes that demonstrate the impact of the grant on the population served.Evaluates the success of the Program Evaluation department in meeting quality and financial targets represented in the Research Institute's key performance indicators and budgetary targets.

Minimum Education Level
Doctorate (Ph.D.) in program evaluation, health or human services or related field.

Minimum Years of Experience
Five to seven years of professional experience in program evaluation/mental health research or program evaluation in other social science setting required.

Two to four years of leadership experience required. Experience with administrative and management tasks associated with managing a large team strongly preferred.
