The VP of Communications Planning, is a key leader within the Strategic Planning group at Tinuiti, reporting directly to the SVP of Strategic Planning. The Strategic Planning team provides consumer insights, integrated channel planning, and communications planning capabilities across the agency with a focus on priority clients and new business pitches. This role partners with their peer Vice President of Communications Planning to lead Tinuiti's team of strategists in the development of communications strategies and thought leadership that are grounded in insights - consumer, competitive, brand and category as well as macro and micro trends.
In addition to their client-specific engagements, this role will also partner with the Vice Presidents of Integrated Planning to manage and provide oversight of strategy and insights across the Strategic Planning team, and will be a key stakeholder in Tinuiti's continued build out of our communications planning practice. This will include, helping with training to up-level strategic planning competencies across the team, as well as the hiring and nurturing of junior communications planners as we continue to build out the department.
This role will also be a key contributor as part of Strategic Planning's partnership with our business development team on key new client pitches. This can involve working with the integrated planning and insights teams to help refine and define audience pulls. Then from there, taking the lead on audience insights, audience profile development and consumer journey creation. Ventura is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to champion a vision of sustained success, organizational growth, and excellence. The COO will be responsible for setting and achieving annual objectives, nurturing a collaborative and team-oriented culture, tracking key performance metrics, and overseeing the Client Support Group, Controller, and Compliance Officer. This role reports directly to the CEO and, indirectly, to a five-member board-two of whom are independent directors.
Founded in 2016, Ventura became a Minnesota non-deposit trust company in December 2022, regulated primarily by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. We specialize exclusively in fiduciary services for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), serving over 180 ongoing clients across 31 states. Each year, Ventura acts as trustee for approximately 30 transactions, mainly new ESOP formations and third-party sales, and receives more than 115 referrals annually from ESOP professionals, contributing to exceptional, consistent growth.

We're seeking a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader to join us as our Vice President, Revenue Operations. In this high-impact role, you'll shape and lead a world-class Revenue Operations function that powers scalable growth, drives operational excellence, and enables our go-to-market teams to thrive.
You'll bring deep experience in Revenue or Sales Operations-ideally within a mature SaaS environment-and use your expertise to optimize how we generate, manage, and accelerate revenue. This role offers the opportunity to influence cross-functional strategy and deliver meaningful business outcomes in partnership with key leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Enablement, and beyond.
Reporting to the SVP of Sales for North America, you will collaborate closely with Area and Regional VPs of Sales and Customer Success, the SVP of Customer Success, and the VP of Revenue Enablement to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our revenue-generating teams.

Critical Success Factors
Responsible for designing and building a best-in-class revenue operations function that drives sales process efficiency and enhancing revenue generating capacity among the sales team
Identifying standard sales administration processes and driving consistency and efficacy.
Partnering with field sales leaders and internal stakeholders to identify and drive process excellence and data insights that enhance the organization's revenue generation capacity
Creation and Administration of compensation plans for multiple sales and customer success roles
Organizational planning and staffing for effective revenue administration
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7+ years Sales or Revenue Operations experience in a Saas organization
Significant experience in leading cross-functional teams, especially across sales, marketing, and customer success
Strong skills in data analysis and business intelligence tools
Excellent leadership skills; ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.) and best practices for design and administration
Preferred Qualifications
Educational Technology experience
Passion for driving excellence in revenue operations and sales administration
Strong presentation skills and influencing skills with senior executives

Base Salary Range: $176,300 - $215,000. This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
