A vice president of recruitment is responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of an HR department, with special attention to recruitment efforts. He/She or she works closely together with company management on staffing policies, creating compensation and benefits plans, planning employee training and development opportunities, among others.

Working in this position, it will be your job to design and implement recruitment strategies. You will oversee the interview processes with prospective candidates as well as the selection and hiring procedures.
