QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics or equivalent. · Advanced Degree preferred · Experience in product lifecycle management within the photonics or laser industry desired · Knowledge of technology and commercial aspects of Electro-Optics desired · Strong communication and presentation skills · Laser Physics · Non-Liner Optics · Polarization · Wave plate calculations · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and work collaboratively within a global leadership team.
