The VP, FEC Development & Strategy will be responsible to support the creation and execution of strategic initiatives designed to build value for the company. Responsible for the leadership and development of the company wide new market entry strategies and plans for family entertainment strategy across all lines of businesses for Cinemark Holdings. This includes Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), arcade gaming, and other VR / alternative income opportunities.Develop and rollout a strategic planning process and roadmap to add FEC units into select Cinemark theater locations.Formulate strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements with companies that will advance our business strategies and product plans. Create the operational procedures and protocols that will promote guest satisfaction and control operational costs. Oversee the daily operations and management of multi-million-dollar facilities, events, and gaming programs priorities, including front of house, back of house, and kitchen/bar operations.Partner cross functionally to develop a marketing strategy and create traffic driving opportunities. Drive our market intelligence and support investor relations efforts including monitoring market dynamics, trends, and themes, competitive and strategic positioning, and industry forecasting.Proactively monitor and maintain a knowledge base of relevant business development transactions and other company activities. Provide data and insights to support M&A activities.
