Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly. Ensure all items are properly organized and stored in designated areas.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks. Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed. Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team. Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations. Work as a team player to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.
