Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

**Come join our amazing team and work Remote !** Responsible for providing quality loan processing, reviewing files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of submission. Obtains necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $58,000.00 to $70,000.00.
**What you'll do:**
+ Receives and review loans submissions, monitors incoming documents, and verifies data collected by Brokers.
+ Obtains necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files.
+ Organizes and inputs loan information received into the company's Loan Origination System (LOS).
+ Maintains open files, orders appraisals, sends verifications, and acquires documentation related to Borrower and property.
+ Ensures the quality and compliance of work with Company policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
+ Ensures that all loans are processed to meet Company and Investor guidelines
+ Communicates with Escrow Officer/Settlement Agent, Title Officer, Realtor, Closing Agent, and Appraisal Management Company, and other external parties as required to resolve outstanding issues.
+ Communicates with Sales Management, Account Executives, Operations Manager, Disclosure Department, Underwriting Department, Docs/Funding Department, and other internal staff as required to resolve outstanding issues.
+ Informs Account Executive, Broker, and/or borrower about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income and other file related items and status of the loan.
+ Reviews and evaluates credit information on mortgage loan documents to determine acceptability for loan programs.
+ Pulls or verifies credit reports and flood certificates as needed.
+ Submits completed file to Underwriting Department for approval.
+ Obtains necessary stipulations to clear stipulations prior to docs and funding as required by Underwriting.
+ Ensures compliance deadlines are met with regards to issuance of initial disclosures, approval letters and denial notices.
+ Process 4506T, lock confirmations and request Change of Circumstance (COC's) as needed.
+ Proactively monitors pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans.
+ Assists Post Closing Department as needed with making the loan whole for purchase into secondary market.
**What you'll need:**

+ Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of mortgage loan processing function and underwriting guidelines.

Job Description
As the Yogahealer and Yoga Health Coaching Podcast Show-Notes Intern, you will create the content which promotes and explains each podcast, and thus attracts people to the show and to Yogahealer as a whole.
Your primary responsibility will be to create two podcast show notes per week, and to repurpose two podcasts into blog content per month. You will meet with other members of Yogahealer's Internship Team as well as its Podcast Team for podcast support, brainstorming, and content information.
You will work remotely and part-time, 30-40 hours per month, for a minimum of four months. The position will be filled tri-annually (January, May, September), and interns must be able to commit to at least four months at a time.
We are looking for a creative writer with excellent written communication skills who can capture listeners' attention and convey the most important information from each podcast. If you are a creative and detail-oriented writer who wants to contribute to a rapidly evolving, health-conscious, co-creative community, we would love to talk with you.
