PURPOSE:
Support cross-functional business initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, drive speed and efficiency and process improvement across the organization. 3 direct reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee, lead, and develop team of direct reports
* Manage project activities including project planning, scope/definition, risk analysis, resource management, progress and status reporting, meeting facilitation, communication, issue resolution, scheduling and budget tracking
* Effectively execute the tasks associated with assigned projects: facilitating alignment of cross-functional areas, surfacing and resolving issues, assessing risks, conducting follow-up, coordinating communication and maintaining project documentation
* Provide analytical support, communication of project objective and execution required for potential growth opportunities
* Influence decision making across multiple leadership levels to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of projects
* Lead presentation development to gain required approval from senior leaders throughout a given project
* Provide best practices and standards for project execution and project success criteria
* Provides a central repository of tools and templates to assist teams.
* Determine means of integrating RFID technology into business operations
* Develop best in class Omni Experiences through BOPIS and SFS programs
* Provide technical support for RFID and OMNI technology
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 2-3 years specialty retail and/ or store operations experience preferred.
* 3-5 years of project management
* Self-starter with initiative to action strategic vision of team and leadership goals for merchandise flow and final mile delivery solutions.
* Operates successfully within a team/matrix organization to achieve desired outcomes. Interacts effectively with all levels of internal and external organizations, suppliers, and customers.
* Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong time management skills to adapt successfully to agility needs in workload.
* Possesses working knowledge and experience with technology and system applications.
* Ability to take projects and processes, break them down into clear and simple flow charts, calendars and communication
* Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and react quickly
* Mac & MS Office proficiency
* Experience in Fashion/retail or related field a plus
* Ability to travel 50-75% of time, pending project scope

Senior Manager, Store Operations - Omni & RFID
PURPOSE:
Drive strategy and continued evolution of omni experience. Act as an innovative partner who can pace with relevant market progression in related technology and workstreams. Build a sustainable stream of feedback and observed successes and opportunities through field engagement and established relationships. * Determine means of integrating RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology into business operations
* Develop best in class Omni Experiences through BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store) and SFS (Ship From Store) programs
