What You'll Do
Maintain ongoing caseload of individuals through the utilization of evidence based approaches to promote engagement and achievement of health goals

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Behavior Specialist at CSD, you'll play a key role in supporting children with autism. Duties & Responsibilities
* Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided.
* Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability.
* Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability.
* Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
* Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers
* Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes
* Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
* Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.
* Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of:

**Responsibilities**
+ Supports the company's electrical Transmission, Sub Transmission, and Distribution system by developing and designing plans, identifying necessary resources and providing cost estimates and options for the construction of said facilities
+ Coordinates tasks with other internal staff to ensure projects were completed correctly and on time, while meeting industry design standards and safety regulations
+ Oversees the environmental permitting and planning efforts of government, internal, and privately owned infrastructure projects
+ Provides direction and support, assessing and managing the workload and performance of the team, providing training when necessary. Reviews design contractor job packets and also checks peer designs
+ Identifies system and field risks and evaluates risk reduction benefit of proposed mitigation projects
+ Provides design engineering, cost estimates, and project management activities for overhead and underground, transmission, sub- transmission, and distribution systems. Will manage these elements from project inception to project closing. Ensures project operating dates and or compliance due dates are actively monitored and met. Monitors, forecasts, schedules and stays within allocated division budget
+ Leads the review of planning and system performance studies for compliance with prevailing standards and criteria
+ Leads environmental planning and permitting work with a multi-disciplinary team throughout the life cycle of a project. Serve as the single point of contact for Operations through the Construction phase of your projects. Provide support to Operations for maintenance related projects.
+ Creates and maintains integral system circuit mapping for both overhead and underground facilities
+ Performs field inspections to gather data relevant to the planning and development review process and to verify that planning development projects comply with approved plans. Manage the digital and geospacial records of our Transmission, Sub Transmission, and Distribution assets to ensure accuracy and timely reporting to other internal groups and outside agencies
+ A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Five or more years of experience performing electrical utility distribution service planning.
+ Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience preparing both distribution and Transmission work orders or construction plans on projects.
+ Thorough knowledge of engineering principles, construction standards, and industry practices.
+ Experience with AutoCAD, Auto Desk Utility Design (AUD), SPIDA (or other Pole Loading programs).
+ Experience determining scope of work, method of service, and construction methods for overhead and underground facilities.
+ Experience managing multiple and/or sensitive projects and functioning effectively under tight time constraints, shifting priorities and making critical decisions with minimal supervision.
+ Experience using interpersonal skills to handle customer relations issues in an effective manner.
Additional Information
+ This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and appropriate support to clients experiencing technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
Assist with basic software installations, updates, and patches.
Support client onboardings by creating new user accounts and spin up their VMs.
Intake, work, and manage support tickets in AutoTask ticketing system, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved promptly.

Contribute to and help maintain the internal knowledge base, including solutions and troubleshooting tips.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred)
1-2 Years of IT, Help Desk and/or MSP experience
Required Certifications: O365 Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals
Preferred Certifications: VMware Certified Associate (VCA) and CompTIA A+
Excellent inter-personal skills; as good with people as you are with computers
Experience providing phone support; with strong awareness of positive phone etiquette
Experience working with help desk ticketing systems (responding, assigning, closing and following up on help desk request tickets)
Experience with basic networking including wireless, wired, security and basic design
Experience with Office 365 administration, Azure AD, and VMWare
