Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics roles.
Strong SQL proficiency- ability to write clean, efficient queries for complex member behavior analysis.
Looker expertise- hands-on experience building dashboards, explores and LookML models.
Marketing & product analytics experience - deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, member lifecycle analytics and product engagement metrics.
Experience with healthcare claims data, understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI handling in digital health contexts.
Product analytics fundamentals including event tracking, feature adoption analysis, user segmentation and retention modeling.
Experience analyzing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, paid media platforms) and member engagement tools.
Strong communication skills with ability to present member insights and marketing performance to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working with product managers, marketing teams and technical teams to define metrics and tracking strategies.

Vida Therapists are professional experts in mental health who are fully licensed to screen, diagnose and treat mental health conditions. They support members by providing evidence-based psychotherapy.Core Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage a panel of clients providing evidence-based assessment, treatment plans and therapeutic interventions, meeting or exceeding completed consult expectations as outlined in Vidapedia
Configure Vida Coach calendar to allow clients to schedule, and maintain regular contact with them using Vida's in-app video calls and messaging, per Vida's program design and policies. Respond and communicate with clients according to timeline expectations laid out in Vida policies
Develop and update clinical treatment plans in collaboration with members
Utilize Vida's integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy content to provide psychoeducation on CBT skills, including but not limited to, thought logging, cognitive restructuring/reframing and behavioral activation
Diligently track your clients' progress and serve as an accountability partner
Set goals/trackers/habits in the Vida app to encourage member accountability and facilitate daily reminders that help them achieve their goals
Engage in discharge planning upon conclusion of therapy program by providing case management services, external referrals and coordination with other providers
Respond to crisis situations by following established protocols and developing safety plans with clients. Additionally, continually assessing for program eligibility and providing referrals, when needed, for follow-up intervention services
Effectively communicate with Lead to address client concerns, limitations, treatment progress and other concerns. Report any concerns regarding clinical performance and inability to meet expectations to Lead immediately
Collaborate with other Vida providers to apply an integrated care model to client treatment plans to enhance progress and treatment outcomes
Maintain records of interactions with clients in keeping with legal standards and adhere to Vida policy re: documentation
Submit documentation within 24 hours of any session (this includes session documentation, clinical treatment plans, communication with other providers). Additionally, submit documentation within 24 hours related to any cancellation or no show by provider or member
Comply with National Standards of Care set forth by state licensing boards where therapist is licensed
Comply with federal, state and HIPAA regulations, as it relates to medical records and information privacy
Attend and actively participate in 1:1 meetings with Lead and staff meetings. Respond to communications and requests from Lead in a reasonable and professional time frame
Complete all in-service trainings in a timely manner
Review and follow department policies and procedures as detailed in provider manual documents (Vidapedia)
Meet and exceed provider level metrics
Serve in the role of Care Navigator when assigned to provide short-term mental health consultation services to members in the form of screening assessments, crisis follow-up, resource referral
Qualifications:
Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology, clinical social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other relevant field
Fully Independent State License to practice psychotherapy in good standing. Licensed to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans and provide psychotherapy without oversight of a clinical supervisor. Multi-state licensure is highly valued.
Willing to obtain at least 2 additional state licenses- requested and reimbursed by Company.
Experience in cognitive behavior therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic models
Experience in mindfulness techniques
Interest in incorporating technology solutions into client care
Interest in and knowledge of current research and evidence-based clinical practices for depression and anxiety

As a Vida Health Coach, you will work with a range of members virtually to help support impactful, lasting behavior change to increase health and wellness. Inspire, collaborate and partner with a panel of members seeking to increase healthy lifestyle behaviors in areas such as weight management, eating better, getting more active, managing stress and prevention/management of chronic health concerns.
Coach in our full suite of programs for mind and body.
Communicate with your members through individual/group video calls and electronic messaging in alignment with program cadence expectations.
Use coaching skills and competencies within a Motivational Interviewing framework to help members set concrete, SMART health goals.
Document key information during video consulting with members utilizing appropriate application(s).
Collaborate with other providers when indicated in a coordinated care team to ensure the appropriate level of care and best-in-class member experience.
Stay current on all training requirements and communications.
Follow department policies and procedures as detailed in provider manual documents.
Meet or exceed target consult time management guidelines.
Meet or exceed provider-level quality metrics and efficiency benchmarks.
Expectations:
Primary available work hours support business needs of calendar availability M-F between 8am-8pm in coaches time zone and Sat 8am-12pm.
Appropriately document hours worked utilizing appropriate ADP pay codes.
Meet all on-going patient exclusion screening requirements related to licensures and certifications.
Work within Vida's provider platform/technology to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, including diligently following HIPAA guidelines and processes to ensure protection of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Qualifications:
Degree in health-related field required (such as nutrition, public health, exercise physiology, psychology, health science or health education).
Health coaching certification from an accredited, National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) approved health coaching program (i.e., Wellcoaches, Duke Integrative).
Minimum 3 years of experience coaching members one-on-one with health goals after receiving an approved health coach certification.
Required to pass Vida's Mock Motivational Interview session.
High level of familiarity with technology such as GSuite (GCalendar, GSheets, GDocs, etc.), Slack and other basic software applications.
CHES or NBC-HWC certification preferred.
Fluency in Spanish is a definite plus!

Manage a panel of at least 15+ clients seeking to improve their emotional health using motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral activation
Set up weekly appointments with clients and maintain regular contact with them using Vida's in-app video calls and messaging
Message members, at minimum, 1x/week to encourage lesson completion and thought logging
Develop treatment plans with clearly outlined SMART goals that help set objective measures that lead to meaningful outcomes
Utilize Vida's integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy content to provide psychoeducation on CBT skills, including but not limited to, thought logging, cognitive restructuring/reframing and behavioral activation
Diligently track your clients' progress and serve as an accountability partner
Set goals/trackers/habits in the Vida app to encourage member accountability and facilitate daily reminders that help them achieve their goals
Engage in discharge planning upon conclusion of therapy program by providing case management services, external referrals and coordination with other providers

Qualifications:

The Prescribing Physician Assistant plays a key role in providing accessible and convenient care for our members. The Physician Assistant works in partnership with physicians to diagnose, manage and provide medication management and outpatient treatment via Telehealth in the areas of obesity, HTN/HLD, CHF/COPD and diabetes.
