Job Responsibilities Assist in managing renovation projects from start to completion Support proposal preparation, drawings coordination, material takeoffs, and cost estimates Conduct daily site visits across multiple projects Support client communication throughout the project lifecycle Assist with file management, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Help with procurement and tracking of samples Track vendors and pricing Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings Qualifications Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management/ Engineering / Architecture Or a related field Strong interest in construction and renovation projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with strong organizational skills Team-oriented and reliable
