Hours/Shift: 40-hours, Days Our 24-bed Intermediate Care Unit provides a dynamic and supportive environment for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced setting that bridges critical and acute care. We care for patients with complex medical needs requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions, while fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration and professional growth. We do several drips on our unit which include dobutamine, milrinone, dopamine, Lasix, heparin and nitroglycerin. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-5. Education Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN Certification/Licensure Registered nursing License (Required) BLS required within 90 days of hire Experience 18-months of RN experience is required RN Unit Coordinators demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff.
