Pharmacists report directly to a designated Pharmacy Supervisor based on area of practice. Minimum Requirements B.S. or PharmD in pharmacy 0 years of relevant pharmacy experience (post-graduate) Must be licensed as a pharmacist by the NC Board of Pharmacy by start date. Maintains active NC pharmacy license and provides proof of renewal prior to December 31 annually. American Heart Association BLS is required within 30 days of hire.     Clinical Pharmacist The Clinical Pharmacist helps develop and implement Monogram's medication therapy management (MTM) program which will ensure appropriate use of medication management resources.
