Pros of working at Vidant Health

They offer a lot of services.

Cons of working at Vidant Health

The management is horrible. Co-worker drama constantly. How hard you work or how good you are at your job means nothing. The only ways to get ahead in this organization is to know someone, be a minority, the ones that spend more time getting out of work than actually doing it. Sad really, could have been an amazing place. Management has killed it.

Vidant Health benefits

Insurance is not great, no perks they have taken them all away from employees. No reason to stay if you have been there more than 10 years.

Pros of working at Vidant Health

Making friends and helping people. The patients are what we are there for. ( or should be there for) Making someone smile٫ laugh٫ or feel a little bit better is what makes my day!

Cons of working at Vidant Health

Drama is all over the workplace.

Vidant Health benefits

Everything they offer is average and basic unless you pay out the nose for better coverage and who can afford that? Not me٫ I'm a single mom.
