The Senior Video Producer is a key creative role within Oregon Food Bank's Strategic Communications team - a lead storyteller who brings our mission and values to life through compelling visual media.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Strategic Communications and working closely with the Senior Project Manager and other colleagues on the Strategic Communications team, you will lead video projects from concept to completion. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Creative Leadership and Project Management
With direction from the Associate Director, lead video, photography and related projects that align with organizational priorities, managing creative vision, production timeline and final delivery.

Work environment:

The Videographer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing video content that tells the Gymreapers story and promotes our products. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic. The main responsibilities are to pre-produce, film and edit video content for internal and external channels (organic and paid).

Key Responsibilities:
Filming video in studio, gym and third party locations.
Working with creative teams to plan video shoots, including production schedules, shot lists, mood boards, test shoots and scouting locations.
Coordinate shooting logistics with our in-house photographer.
Work closely with our athlete team to ensure talent has all required information prior to video shoot.
Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment.
Direct talent & athletes during filming to produce the desired outcome of each project.
Ensure all necessary props, clothing and equipment are ready for filming.
Responsible for selecting, cleaning, and performing maintenance on recording equipment.
Responsible for editing raw materials for all digital content platforms, such as product launches, social videos, and studio content.
Source and/or produce branded assets needed from provided scripts for use in editing video content.
Edit and produce first-rate video for upcoming/ongoing content needs across both paid and organic channels.
Ability to meet critical deadlines while finding creative ways to deliver best-in-class work and meet business objectives.
Meet various deliverables, including rough cuts and refined edits, while incorporating sound mixing, color correction, music selection/VO mixing, and title animations or graphic addition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal marketing and creative teams
Ability to uphold the Gymreapers' Brand while also innovating on new looks and processes.
Develop an organizational system for video files on the server, optimizing for easy file location and the ability to easily access footage for repurposing.
Qualifications:
5(+) years of experience editing short and long-form video content for websites, ads, and social media (TikTok, Meta, and YouTube).
Ability to work efficiently in a fact paced, rapidly changed environment.
Ability to multitask, including the ability to manage crew members, talent, and athletes during productions.
Understanding of computer software used for planning, editing and scripting video content including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop).
Experience creating text animations, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
Ability to build and maintain a highly organized post workflow and media management organizations.
Ability to execute specific creative direction and brand vision while contributing creative input to the team and process.
Experience in the fitness and/or apparel industry is a plus.
