* Minimum 2-3 years experience producing news content in a deadline-oriented environment.
* Reports to Director of Product, Digital Video.
* Works closely with Executive Producer of Oregon Experience creating content cross functionally, and for other exciting upcoming video content projects.
Multiplatform Video Producer-Reporter II:
* Minimum 4-5 years demonstrated experience in production, videography, editing and writing.
* Reports to Executive Editor, Arts & Culture.
* Creates content for Arts & Culture and cross-functionally.
Additional Information
* The hiring range for both exempt roles is $68,500-$80,000, depending on experience. Since these positions have different requirements for the experience level, candidates can expect that the Multiplatform Video Producer-Reporter I will fall lower in the salary range than the Multiplatform Video Producer-Reporter II.

* Uses media asset management (MAM) and content management systems (CMS) to plan, manage and share stories and related media assets.
* Shoots and edits video content for distribution across platforms.
* Tell stories through thoroughly reported and well-crafted short form videos.
* Provides regular updates to leadership and participates in editorial planning meetings and conversations.
* Collaborates with and assists OPB colleagues to support their efforts to both celebrate and investigate stories across a wide variety of subject areas.
* Maintains a social media presence. Stays informed on the latest social media platforms to effectively deliver relevant content to OPB audience.
* Adheres to OPB's ethics and editorial standards. Upholds high journalistic standards to ensure that that accuracy, thoroughness, and fairness are central characteristics of all content presented.
30% - Works with News Director and Managing Editor of Visuals to develop, write, shoot and edit multiplatform breaking news, livestreams, and enterprise news features as needed.

What Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a versatile, driven and energetic videographer/editor to join the creative team which supports the Hops' marketing efforts for in-venue, social media, and community facing video content.
This individual will work with our marketing team to develop and cultivate innovative ideas for production, post-production, and content that amplifies the organization's brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about pushing the creative boundaries of video production and has an eye for unique content that resonates with fans. This person also strives to meet the standard of excellence.
What Will I Be Doing?
· Script, produce, capture, edit and delivery industry leading video
· Create compelling content to serve the Hops' marketing, promotional and storytelling needs (social media, in-venue entertainment, player coverage, fan experience and more)
· Collaborate with the creative leadership team on overall brand video ideation and style
· Fulfill video needs under condensed timelines as directed by Creative Manager
· Update and maintain asset management and multimedia databases
· Other duties as assigned
Who Qualifies?
· Bachelor's degree or continuing education in Media Production, Film, Editing preferred
· Minimum of 1-2 years of video editing and shooting experience in school or professional setting
· Drive to continually learn new trends and keep up on latest technologies
· Shown proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and the Creative Suite
· Experience with content management systems
· Proven ability to be detail oriented, meet deadlines and communicate quickly and clearly with colleagues
· Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines
· Able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and nights in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere
· Physical ability to lift heavy video equipment is required
· Able to work well in a cross-functional team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
· Passion for engaging audiences, working with others, storytelling, outside the box thinking and pushing the creative boundaries of sports video content
Preferred Skills
· Professional / collegiate sports team experience
· Live event experience
· Knowledge of baseball
Compensation
$25-$26/hour
Approx. 32 hours/week, dependent on event schedule
