Overview:

This person must possess both technical and creative skills to be able to effectively bring videos to life in post-production. This role will be responsible for working closely with the rest of the Post team on video projects for Impact's brand(s) as well as for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative and technical acumen, as well as familiarity with a variety of NLE software. They should also have experience cutting both branded and corporate content. A desire to grow existing skillsets, as well as an interest in developing new ones, is also important. The Video Producer will serve as Riddell's go-to expert for all things video, helping shape the brand's storytelling across social, digital, and partner platforms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
Produce, shoot, and edit a range of video projects, including social media content, digital content, brand stories, special projects, and internal initiatives.
Edit with an eye for engagement, storytelling, pacing, music selection, and graphic integration - including footage shot by freelancers or external partners.
Manage video project workflows, including edit timelines, stakeholder reviews, feedback incorporation, and final delivery to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Participate in and occasionally lead the planning and coordination of production shoots at our production facility, in-office content studio, and on-site with partners/customers.

Monitor video trends, styles, and best practices across social and digital platforms, adapting ideas to elevate Riddell's presence.
Stay current with and participate in the football community year-round.
Uphold the Riddell brand guidelines while keeping content fresh and innovative that conveys appropriate messaging to chosen target audiences.
Support general MarCom activities, such as grassroots and industry events, partnership activations, catalog execution, and administration.
Collaborate internally to brainstorm, plan, help manage, and help produce annual content photo/video shoots, including travel to on-site locations.
Develop post-campaign recap reports demonstrating ROI and performance insights.
