The Creative Video Intern will help capture the intensity, emotion, and excitement of the Indoor Football League through cinematic, high-energy video content. From highlight reels and hype videos to player features and social media promos, this role is all about transforming big plays into big moments that reach fans nationwide. This internship reports directly to the Director of Media and runs from December-August. It is a remote, unpaid position that provides national exposure and hands-on experience in professional sports media. Evening and weekend availability is required. Roles & Responsibilities Edit highlight reels, player spotlights, interviews, game previews/recaps, and promotional videos. Compile and edit game footage into engaging highlight segments for social media, YouTube, and the league website. Create sponsor and team videos that align with IFL branding and storytelling standards. Log, organize, and archive footage for future use. Collaborate with the Director of Media and other interns to brainstorm and execute fresh creative ideas. Skills, Qualifications & Requirements Strong understanding and passion for football. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Premiere Pro and After Effects. Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
