Our organization is flat and there is no hierarchy, only categories: dev, arts, prod, ops, etc (and no, there is no one here with the title of Member of Technical Staff, it's long and silly for a job title).
The only thing that matters is the quality of your cultural fit and execution. We work hard and demand a lot of each other. But we have fun: everyone is here to make something meaningful that will end up being our life's work. If this mission excites you and you view yourself as a top-tier talent, your future latent self is waiting for you at Comfy.

Our Cultural Foundation
At Point One, our cultural and operating design is built around one guiding principle: we must move with extreme speed and efficiency of effort to stay in a leadership position.
This environment gives people a high level of autonomy and the ability to make a real impact. It also challenges every team member to grow - both professionally and personally. Because we focus on promoting from within rather than relying on external hiring, the opportunities for advancement are tremendous for those who seek them.
That said, growth only comes from delivering in the present. What matters most is the job to be done today, not the job you want tomorrow. When we all focus on today's outcomes with excellence, the path to greater responsibility and growth naturally follows.
We think about our culture in two dimensions:
How We Show Up Every Day
These are the behaviors we expect every team member to bring to work - the foundation of being a consummate, high-output teammate:
Trust / Assume Best Intent - Trust allows us to move fast. When we start from trust, we spend no time second-guessing or looking for ulterior motives and thus focus all our energy on acting.
High Output, Action Oriented - Our default posture is “yes.” We bias toward action and deliver results quickly, knowing that speed and efficiency compound into impact as we unblock others around us.
Divine Discontent - We're never satisfied with the status quo and are self-motivated to improve ourselves, our work, and our company. We actively seek feedback in real-time to shorten improvement cycles.
No Ego, One Team - Collaboration without ego creates leverage. When we win as one team, we eliminate friction and move faster together.
Self Accountability - Taking ownership is the straightest line to learning, self-improvement, and correcting our course of action. And blaming others around us is a fast path to destroying trust.
Operating Principles
These are the systems and norms that amplify speed and efficiency at the company level:
Edge Innovation - We bias toward action over approval. Experiment, decide, and move - failure is just a step toward faster learning.
No Hierarchies - We practice self-prioritization and go direct to the source. Flattening layers reduces drag and maximizes autonomy.
Customer Experience First - We optimize for the end-to-end customer outcome, not functional or departmental efficiency. This focus cuts waste, aligns priorities, and ensures we spend effort where it matters most.
If this role sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you. Apply below and join us in shaping the future of precise location.

Video Producer
Meter 4.1
Video editor job in San Francisco, CA
Most people don't know what Meter does-and that's a problem. We design, build, and manage enterprise networking infrastructure, but our story is rarely told well. We need to change that.
Video is how people learn, evaluate, and build trust today. This role is our first in-house videographer, and it's foundational. You'll be responsible for making the complex feel simple, the technical feel human, and the unseen work at Meter feel tangible.
You'll capture the essence of our product, culture, and customer stories-not just to showcase what we do, but why it matters.
What success looks like
You establish a strong point of view on how Meter tells its story through video-style, pacing, voice, and tone.
Our content is recognizable. People start associating Meter with beautiful, well-told video narratives across our site, social channels, and ads.
We release a steady drumbeat of product walkthroughs, installation videos, customer stories, employer brand content, and behind-the-scenes footage that help audiences understand what Meter does-and want to learn more.
What you'll do
Tell product and customer stories visually: Produce, film, and edit high-quality product demos, case studies, and use cases that highlight the value of our full-stack network offering.
Shape Meter's employer brand: Capture candid and crafted stories of our team-from engineering to field ops-to help others see what it's like to work here.
Own end-to-end content creation and distribution: From ideation and pre-production to shooting, editing, and publishing, you'll run the full process.
Drive performance through video: Develop and iterate on creative for paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, CTV, etc.) to improve conversion and engagement.
Adapt to medium and audience: Optimize content for the right platform-short-form social, long-form explainers, internal product training, etc.
Collaborate across the business: Work closely with Marketing, GTM, Product, and leadership to align on messaging, voice, and goals.
Maintain a consistent visual identity: Ensure all content aligns with our brand and helps tell a coherent story.
What your week might look like
Plan a shoot at a customer site with the Deployment team
Edit a case study to run in paid campaigns
Capture behind-the-scenes footage from a new hardware launch
Collaborate with Marketing on a concept for a product video
Interview an engineer and turn it into a recruiting asset
Scout freelancers or contractors for multi-location projects
Who you are
You operate with autonomy-you see a story unfolding and start capturing it.
You're comfortable jumping on a plane because you want to follow a customer installation or customer story.
You love understanding how things work. You can sit in a technical meeting and extract the human narrative.
You're as fluent in Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci as you are with a camera and mic.
You care about performance. You want to make content that informs and drives results.
You have a portfolio that reflects clear, compelling storytelling-across product, brand, and customer work.
Why Meter?
The internet runs the world. Every purchase you make, video call you join, it's all packets flowing through networks. But those networks haven't changed for decades. They're brittle, complex, and surprisingly hard to set up in an enterprise space.
We started Meter to build better networks. We had to build everything from the ground-up: designing and building our own enterprise hardware, intuitive software, and streamlined operations to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Today, we build and deploy these networks at scale. Ambitious companies and enduring institutions like Bridgewater, Lyft, Reddit, rely on Meter to keep their thousands of employees and locations online and productive.
Our bet with Meter is simple: we will all use the internet more than we do today. We believe we have the definitive networking stack in place to enable business to do so as seamlessly and reliably as any modern utility.
Compensation
The estimated base salary for this role is between $130,000 - $180,000.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
