Requirements
Five years' experience supporting COOP in an IBM mainframe ACE with the ability to ensure system availability during a disaster recovery or simulation.
Must possess one of the following required certifications:
A+ CE
CCNA Security

SSCP
Ability to support customers across multiple time zones
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Active Secret security clearance
