Potential to mentor VA/Jr. teammates and share best practices around motion and performance editing. We're looking for someone who: Has 2-4 years of experience editing performance, social-first, or short-form video content for DTC brands, agencies, or high-growth companies. You are flexible and resourceful - able to turn limited footage into high-quality ads through thoughtful storytelling. You seek out new creative trends, editing formats, and platform behaviors to inspire stronger testing concepts. You value speed and craft, knowing when to move quickly and when to push the quality further. Simply enjoy a grab-and-go snack pack of gummies daily whenever fits best in your schedule and wherever life takes you. Like you, we were disappointed. There's an infinite number of “nutrition” companies, all focused on what's best for them - not what's best for you. Hundreds of products to sell you on, low-quality ingredients, and small nutrient doses. We've seen it all. So we decided it was time to fix it. No more choking on and popping pills like a pharmacy. No more clean-up and disgust from gross powders. And no more cobbling together handfuls to dozens of supplements. Grüns is comprehensive nutrition, made convenient and delicious. What we care about... Autonomy: Only the best work at Grüns. We're all confident, independent leaders. We are proactive. We find opportunities for improvement. Don't ask; just do. When our actions impact other areas of the organization, we communicate with those functional leaders to ensure connectivity. Growth: We love to take on new challenges, learn new things, and express interest in new functions. “I've never done this before” is not an excuse; it's an opportunity. Community: We care deeply about each other. We're good humans and provide support wherever we can. We care, not just professionally but personally as well. Compensation & Perks: For every role, we aim to have highly competitive compensation and opportunity for impact and career growth. Everyone at Grüns works hard, but we believe in wellness and balance too. We have super strong benefits coverage -- for you and your family, generous PTO, free Grüns subscriptions, and a few more perks centered around health and well-being that we can't wait to tell you about!

  • Short Form Video Editor

    Dream Three

    Remote job

Dream Three is a production company founded by an award-winning filmmaker and a Broadway actor. We create high-impact, mainstream stories that awaken consciousness and drive cultural change. Our projects span mediums and genres to include scripted and unscripted, podcasts and music, theater and live events, publishing, and immersive experiences. We are an elite team: focused, high-trust, and relentlessly committed to mastery - not a 9-to-5 comfort zone. If you thrive in environments with radical candor, clear ownership, and big creative swings, you'll feel at home here. ROLE OVERVIEW We're looking for a Short Form Video Editor who lives and breathes vertical video to cut high-retention clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You'll turn long-form footage (interviews, BTS, podcasts) into tight, thumb-stopping edits that hook in the first 1-3 seconds, keep viewers watching, and drive follows. If you're obsessed with hooks, pacing, and platform-based storytelling-and you can move quickly without losing taste-you'll thrive here. What Success Looks Like In This Role: You consistently deliver 3-5+ strong clips per week (0:15-2:00) from provided footage, on brief and on time. Your edits show clear hooks and high retention relative to baseline for each channel. Projects are tidy and easy to pick up-clean timelines, labeled exports, and organized media. WHO YOU ARE You move fast but care a lot about taste and details. You're comfortable getting direct creative feedback and iterating quickly. You love studying what works on TikTok/Reels/Shorts and can explain why a clip hits. You're proactive: if a hook isn't working, you suggest alternatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Edit 3-5+ short form clips per week from long form footage, with quick turnarounds (sometimes same day). Craft strong cold opens, trims, and pacing tailored to TikTok/Reels/Shorts. Add accurate, on-brand captions and punch up with motion graphics, callouts, emojis, and SFX when appropriate. Mix and sweeten audio (dialogue cleanup, music/SFX balance) and do basic color correction/matching. Version content for 9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9 and export platform-ready files with correct codecs and loudness. Package assets: clean project files, labeled exports, thumbnail pulls, and simple metadata (working title/tags). Keep projects organized in Dropbox/Drive per our file naming and folder conventions. Collaborate with producers/social strategists, take thorough notes, and turn revisions around promptly. Join regular Zoom/Slack check-ins for feedback and planning. ROLE REQUIREMENTS 2+ years editing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or equivalent experience demonstrated in portfolio. Proven hook-first storytelling for vertical video: you can articulate why something will stop a scroll. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro as your primary NLE. Solid audio fundamentals: Denoise, EQ, compression, loudness targets for spoken word vertical content. Comfort designing and styling subtitles for vertical formats. Familiarity with current platform norms and trends (cuts, pacing, memes, sounds, transitions) without chasing every gimmick. Strong communication, time management, and reliability in a remote environment. Portfolio/reel of vertical edits (please include links; TikTok/Reels/Shorts links are ideal). TOOLS YOU'LL USE Editing & Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro Review & Delivery: Frame.io, Dropbox Collaboration & Workflow: Slack, Zoom, Asana We'll provide our brand kit, fonts, LUTs, and delivery specs, and we'll collaborate with you to evolve best practices over time. PLUSES Experience cutting comedy, creator-led, or podcast-driven content. Basic thumbnail design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva). Familiarity with YouTube metadata and SEO for Shorts. Prior collaboration with a social strategist or growth lead. Proficiency in CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar mobile tools-but not used as your primary editing tool. If you feel this describes you, please note it in your application. If this role feels like a stretch in all the right ways, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us how your skills, experience, and unique point of view can level up this team and the stories we're bringing into the world. Dream Three is an equal opportunity employer. We will never request payments or personal financial information as part of the hiring process.About Popcorn Growth A fast-growing social media company. Our main line of business is Popcorn Growth, a TikTok-first influencer marketing agency. Here to shake up stuffy old-school agency practices. We've worked with top brands like Kleenex, Costco, Walmart, Universal Music Group, etc. We know that success on TikTok for brands depends on speed and efficiency. We know that creators do their best work when we let them be the creatives. We've operationalized the whole influencer marketing process so that we can help brands move at the speed of TikTok. Now, we are looking for passionate industry disruptors who are ready to move as fast as we do. Job Description- Generative AI Video Creator for Social Media Content This is a fully-remote position. We just want the best, wherever you are. We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy video creator to join our fast-paced team and help us produce high-performing promotional and influencer videos for our clients. This role is for someone who is excited about leveraging generative AI tools (like Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Captions.ai, Creatify, APOB, Sora, etc.) to create virtual influencer videos. You must have an instinct for social media storytelling-especially TikTok-and understand what kinds of videos convert. You're obsessed with hooks, retention, and optimizing every second of content. You produce content that drives brand performance. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team that values impact, efficiency, and independence. As a fully remote company, all of our team members must be able to take full responsibility for their roles and sphere of influence. Your Goals You will be responsible for producing short-form videos using generative AI and human editing, ranging from creator remixes to promotional TikToks and case study recaps. You will be in charge of the entire creative process- from scripting, to voice creation, to video creation to post-production. More specifically: Generate iterations of top performing influencer videos using AI. For example, this is an actual influencer who created a video for a brand. Your goal would be to use AI to make different iterations of this video. (Our legal team will secure the name and likeness of the influencers). Create virtual influencer videos. You will create and design the “virtual influencers” for the videos to promote our clients's brands. The goal is to replace more costly influencer videos with AI. Images of virtual influencers do not count, unless you stack them with other Gen Ai tools to create actual videos. Create engaging social media videos with AI. Develop a scalable playbook for how we leverage GenAI to consistently deliver high-performing videos across clients. Compensation $60,000-$90,000 annual DOE for full-time $30,000-$60,000 annual DOE for part-time Performance bonuses Potential ESOP opportunities Potential for leadership position, heading up an entire line of business for GenAI video content Potential for equity Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to work on campaigns with top brands How to Apply Please apply by sending your resume and portfolio. Job requirements Video Creator Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in your editing workflow (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.) You must have a portfolio, or at least 3 sample videos, that showcase your editing and AI-assisted video creation Strong portfolio of social-first video content with measurable engagement results You understand native TikTok storytelling (first 3 seconds, watch time, captions, memes, etc.) Comfort working independently and managing your own deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bonus if you've worked with influencer or UGC content Will you succeed in this role? Because we are a start-up, we may not have the most robust and in-depth training process, so people who excel in our environment are people who are fast, independent learners who can pick up concepts quickly. Our training consists of: Creative brief walkthroughs and campaign context Loom tutorials for AI workflows and editing standards Feedback loops with our Head of Creative and Client Success leads Please note that there will be no technical training as we are hiring for candidates that come with Gen AI experience and skillset. Keys to success: You are obsessed with TikTok and know what's trending (and why) You are fast and efficient without sacrificing quality You are flexible and know how to adapt to different brand tones and aesthetics You welcome feedback and are not precious about edits You don't just follow directions-you think like a marketer and pitch creative ideas You think scale Please Do NOT apply if: You need your hand held every step of the way. We need someone who can experiment, iterate, and move. You don't actively keep up with TikTok trends, formats, and memes. You are more excited about making “cinematic edits” than performance-driven social content. You aren't comfortable using or learning generative AI tools. All done! Rugiet Health

    Remote job

Job DescriptionAbout Rugiet Rugiet is a high-growth, innovative telemedicine company pioneering patented solutions in the men's health space. We are dedicated to delivering accessible, effective, and patient-centric healthcare. As we continue to expand our suite of products and market presence, we rely on data-driven strategy and compelling messaging to connect patients with our life-changing solutions. Role Summary We need a Social-First Video Editor to slice and dice video content and social ads. You live to feed the feed, devouring trends as fast as they appear, and throwing some of your own in the mix while you're at it. Whether it's internally produced, coming from a partner, or your own creation, if you've touched the footage, you've left it better than you found it. Tangibles You break thumbs. You could turn footage of grass growing into a top performing ad. You use social video trends as a tool and create your own as needed. You are really good at editing video in a way that keeps people hooked from the first frame to the last. You know good when you see it. You don't always need a bullet-proof editing brief to pull together a great cut. You go hunting for the better performance and know it when you see it. You take the assignment as a starting place and then add your POV to make it better than it was asked to be. Your videos work. You've been editing in the space long enough to have a good intuition for what makes a video perform as an ad. You're curious about how your video ads could be made to perform better, and you're constantly experimenting to find new ways to capture and keep attention. Intangibles Everyone in the creative department is held to the following standards: We make the best work of our careers. We hold ourselves to the highest standards as we make creative work, because if we're not proud of what we're making, why should anyone else pay attention to it. We believe in the power of creativity. We know that creativity creates outcomes, and so we constantly look for the thing that hasn't been done before, and never settle for the expected. We crave feedback. We know that everything we do can always be improved. We seek out feedback from voices we respect, and give it when asked, thoughtfully and constructively. We have an opinion. We are not just hands on keyboards, everyone, regardless of seniority or role, is expected to have ideas and a strong point of view that they work hard to develop. We turn constraints into unfair advantages. We know there is never enough time or money to do things the easy way, and so we take constraints and make the most of them, always looking for the most creative solution to the limitless challenges that litter our path. Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a social video editor. A portfolio of social video that shows the latest trends cut in ways we can't look away from. AI is a part of your workflow. You see it as a powerful tool and you love finding new ways to use it to make your work more captivating and easier to produce. Show us something cool you've made, and then explain how you made it. To Apply If you are excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing healthcare company by organizing and optimizing our creative output, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a great fit for this role.
