The role of Q-SYS Video Distribution Product Manager exists within the Q-SYS Product Management team which is responsible for the overall Q-SYS product strategy and roadmaps. The Q-SYS Product Management Team works collaboratively to develop concepts for new product development across three application areas, Collaboration, Commercial, and Entertainment. The Video Product Manager shall work with other Category product managers, Application Strategy Leaders, Platform Architects, Product Managers and technology teams managing the Q-SYS Platform development to support cross-application needs of the Q-SYS portfolio. Reporting to Director, Product Strategy, the Video Distribution Product Manager will work internally and externally to identify Market and Product requirements, define user needs and use cases and own the business case and roadmap direction for the Q-SYS Video distribution product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be an experienced product manager with proven technical knowledge and ability to translate market needs into successful products. In addition, the position is responsible for Product Marketing vision, communicating the capabilities and advantages (the selling proposition) of our solutions to internal staff; Executives, Sales, Marketing, and Support, and external stakeholders; End Users, System Integrators (dealers), System Designers (consultants) and Q-SYS Channel Partners. Q-SYS is a technology company with a unique culture that encourages a collaborative and supportive environment. Q-SYS has grown significantly across the globe. The role will require a minimum 25% travel to Q-SYS locations, industry events and customer sites in US and outside of US.
Responsibilities

Product Management

* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define product and feature priorities
* Create business case and forecasts for new products
* Support sales, support and marketing teams with product launch and customer engagement
* Collaborate with cross functional development teams to establish clarity in product requirements
* Own the product life cycle management of products within the Video distribution product portfolio
* Support strategic planning initiatives for expansion of Q-SYS video applications

Product Development and Execution

* Engage as hardware and software Product Owner within agile scrum teams to create clear prioritization of product features required for successful product adoption

Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent
* Strong understanding of audio, video and control in the professional AV application
* A demonstrated history of successfully contributing to new product development efforts
* Ability to lead through influence, build credibility quickly and form strong partnerships with other team members
* Proficient with MS Office and demonstrated ability to adopt additional tools such as Jira and Confluence
* 5+ years working as a Product Manager in the professional AV field, or in a related function
* 3+ years working as part of a large, cross-functional agile development team
* Prior experience with complex, multi-faceted products, platforms or eco-systems is strongly desired
* 7+ years working in the professional AV space in any of the following functions: manufacturer / vendor, system integrator, consultant, in-house AV specialist

Job Description:

As part of the Video Product team at RingCentral, you will be responsible for measuring RingCentral Video Product Health by working with Data scientists and then using your findings to drive improvements product wide. This is a high visibility role with the outcome reported all the way up to the CEO!

By being the PM that owns the core set of Product Health metrics, you'll have the opportunity to influence every aspect of RingCentral Video. To do this, you will work side-by-side with other PMs, engineers and designers to build and deliver products that improve customer satisfaction in a measurable way. As you mature in the role, you'll take over additional initiatives that span Video and Messaging products.

Job Description
Reporting to a senior product management team lead, this cross-discipline role is responsible for supporting the video infrastructure team in expanding and maintaining Avigilon's portfolio of enterprise video infrastructure including appliances, video servers and storage solutions. Responsibilities include:

Market (being the voice of the market and customer within the organization):
