Allied Universal is hiring a Video Technician. The Video Technician will view videos and compare actions observed to the text of the report concerning subject activities. This individual will monitor the video to-be-graded report throughout the day to ensure our product is processed in a timely manner to achieve the due date goals of our clients. This individual will also closely monitor each video for evidence of aggressive video efforts which could lead to future invasion of privacy if continued.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Reviews and compares video observed to the report submitted for accurate statements of what occurred, and for correct chronological (date & time) representation
* Processes and copies any vendor video requests
* Communicates any video issues to Investigators, DOIs, and/or Case Managers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
* Must possess one or more of the following:
* An Associate's degree in a related degree with a minimum of one (1)-year of experience in a related field

* Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
* If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history

Essential Functions:

Performs the Load-in of band equipment and rental equipment Set Up and break-down of band and event equipment Video Operations/Video Control Boards operation & Programming in a safe and consistent manner Maintenance and repair of video equipment Assist with Production throughout the house as needed Accommodate artist/ event A/V requirements Assist with the technical advance with Artists representatives Ensure proper care and handling of all HOBE and rental lighting & A/V equipment Interact with visiting production crews to ensure a successful show Distribute or create video plot plans Oversee and operate systems pertaining to video throughout the entire event Ensure Special Events videos needs are scheduled and met Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc. Assist with any Special Events operations



Job Requirements:



Minimum Requirements:


3 years minimum Tour or Stage Production experience.
Experience in basic video systems. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with all Microsoft applications Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills. High School Diploma


Preferred:


College Degree



Physical Demands/Working Environment:


Must be able to lift up to 75lbs Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level and extreme lighting changes strobes & moving lights

Video Technician (V2)

Colorado Springs, CO.


This role will be responsible for setting up video equipment for corporate events/conferences. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of live video and video switchers as well as video routing and streaming.

We will consider applicants who have demonstrated an interest in the Event Technology field, and wish to pursue a career in video engineering in a live events environment, working with large venue HD projection, LED walls, HD camera rigs, and video switching.

•Video Switching (Datavideo, FOR.A, Panasonic, Barco, Analog Way etc) GFX Operator, Rec/Playback Operator, Camera Operator, Live Streaming
•Projectionist, Monitors/Consumer Displays, LED Video walls, Videographer,
•Strong computer skills - proficient with Keynote/PowerPoint, Playback Pro and other related presentation software
•General Audio, Lighting, Rigging, Décor, Staging abilities & knowledge
•Pull Equipment, Load In, Set up, Operate, Take Down, Load Out & Shop duties

Other Qualifications:

•Must have a minimum of High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
•Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with clients both internal and external.
•Maintain a professional image in compliance with company appearance/dress code.
•Must have a clean driving record.
•Must be able to accommodate a flexible and short notice work schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays.
•Must be able to lift 75lbs.


The ideal candidate:

•Will have demonstrated an interest in pursuing a career in live events, through relevant work or volunteer experience, or education in an Event Technology field.
•Must have intermediate knowledge of live event video and video production, and the ability to learn and master video equipment utilized for video imaging, processing, switching, and projection, including projector blending.
•Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be well organized, have a professional demeanor and be efficient in the use of time management.
