What You'll Be Doing
As our in-house videographer and YouTube/social video creator, you'll be our visual storyteller, building out a steady stream of content that brings our brand to life and attracts viewers, subscribers, and leads.
This isn't just about pressing record. You'll be involved in every part of the process from brainstorming to scripting, filming, editing, and publishing. You'll work with our content and sales teams to take ideas from concept to completion, push creative boundaries, and create content people

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
Plan, shoot, and edit short- and long-form videos weekly
Set up and run shoots in the showroom and on location
Manage gear, framing, lighting, and audio
Use AI tools to speed up editing, color, and audio cleanup
YouTube Channel Growth
Own day-to-day management of the YouTube channel
Upload videos; write titles, descriptions, tags; coordinate thumbnails
Optimize content for search and discovery (basic YouTube SEO)
Track analytics (views, watch time, retention, CTR, subscribers)
Propose and test content ideas and series based on performance
Social Media Video
Repurpose long-form content into Shorts/Reels/TikToks
Create platform-native videos with strong hooks and pacing

Job Description
The Video Producer will be responsible for creating engaging video content for social media posts and ads, television commercials, and corporate videos. Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of production experience in video production.

Proven experience creating engaging video content for social media posts and ads, television commercials, and corporate videos.

Bring creativity to life by designing and animating stunning motion graphics, branded titles, and transitions that elevate our product and promotional content.
Retouch and enhance photography for product pages, social media, and marketing campaigns with Adobe Photoshop.
Organize and manage all media assets to ensure a smooth and efficient post-production workflow.

Education/Experience:
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
Possession of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, in agricultural communications, communications, journalism, visual media production, video production or photo/video journalism or a related field; and/or
A minimum of two years of professional video editing experience, complemented by a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Adobe PremierePro, After Effects, and Photoshop is a must.

Video Producer

The Video Producer will be responsible for creating engaging video content for social media posts and ads, television commercials, and corporate videos. You will manage the entire production process-from conceptualization and shooting to editing and post-production-ensuring each project aligns with our clients' marketing goals. This role also includes overseeing our green screen studio and coordinating all technical aspects, including lighting, sound, and creative scriptwriting.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content in line with client objectives and agency standards.
Create engaging video content specifically tailored for social media posts and ads, television commercials, and corporate videos.
Utilize expert knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation to produce visually appealing content.
Apply creative scriptwriting techniques to craft compelling narratives.
Green Screen Studio Management:
Operate and oversee all aspects of the green screen studio, ensuring optimal set-up and performance.

Post-Production:
