Position Overview - Deliver AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Secure Solutions

Key Responsibilities - AWS Architecture, DevOps Engineering, Security, and Automation
Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
Implement automation pipelines for provisioning, configuration management, and deployment by utilising DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).
Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and security specialists to deliver resilient, high-performance solutions tailored to client and project requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience - AWS Cloud Engineering and DevOps
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, or relevant professional experience.
10+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, with a significant focus on AWS services.
Advanced knowledge of AWS architecture, service deployment, networking, and security concepts.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent).

GMP and aseptic culturing of iPCSs and differentiation of patient iPSCs into Retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and maintenance of those RPE cultures. This work will include:
Preparing media, supplements, and reagents needed cell culture work.
Maintaining the cell culture room biosafety level 2 standards and maintaining aseptic conditions in cell culture flow hoods, incubators, and prepare sterile tools needed for work with cell cultures.
The cell culture maintenance work will require working for short periods of times on the weekends and some holidays.
Work to characterize the iPSC colonies for their pluripotency. This will require:

The Compliance Analyst (Aviation) is responsible for working with the Aviation Compliance Department in the management of Aerotek Aviation, LLC's hiring, reporting and auditing processes. The Aviation Compliance Department is tasked with managing the FAA/DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program and enforcing hiring procedures in accordance with Company policy and Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
Will be able to assume the duties & responsibilities of the Compliance Analysts in their absence.
Essential Functions:
Handle the approval process for new hires and re-hired contractors including ensuring accuracy of paperwork, reconciling discrepancies before approval is issued, communicating approvals in accordance with department protocol and recognizing prior positives (if applicable).
Reporting to ensure departmental and regulatory compliance.
Auditing to ensure accuracy, compliance and uniformity.
Facilitate DER and Compliance training to include initial and recurrent "Reasonable Suspicion" and compliance training.
Handle outgoing and incoming DOT drug and alcohol background checks in accordance with the required deadline and departmental procedures.
Manage FAA/DOT random testing process and ensure random testing rates set forth by ODAPC are met. This includes identifying active safety sensitive contractors, random selection, gathering of paperwork, notification to DER for selected contractors, follow up and retrieval of results.
Manage FAA/DOT drug and/or alcohol violations process including documenting the violation, sending the SAP letter and ensuring the contractor is pulled from assignment immediately in accordance with regulatory and departmental requirements.
Enforce company policy specific to Aviation Compliance Department including consequences for non-compliance.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and departmental guidelines for housing and purging records.
Additional ad hoc duties to support the Aviation Compliance Department as needed.
