Pros of working at Villa Restaurant Group

It is a hands-on, personal experience because you have a limited number of elders, which means lots of one-on-one time with them. I loved the environment and my coworkers.

Cons of working at Villa Restaurant Group

Sometimes it was stressful having to keep track of cooking with elder care (but let's keep in mind I'm ADD and have a fear of burning food so that may not bother most people). I wish the pay was a little bit better.
