What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Master's in Software Engineering.
5 - 7 + years of Android development experience using Kotlin and/or Java.
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Appium).
Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, and familiarity with biometrics, push notifications, Camera APIs.
Nice to Have:
Experience with CI/CD and unit testing.

How You Will Make an Impact

We're looking for a Collections Specialist to own and scale Parker's commercial collections function. You'll lead the strategy and execution to minimize delinquency, maximize recoveries, and preserve positive customer relationships. This role blends portfolio analytics, hands-on negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with our Risk, Legal, and Customer teams.
What You'll Do:
Own the collections strategy for Parker's lending portfolio (corporate cards, working capital lines, term loans)
Monitor delinquency metrics daily, identify high-risk accounts, and drive targeted outreach
Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructures aligned with our risk appetite
Partner with Risk, Underwriting, and Customer Success to identify and address early warning signs
Ensure compliance with commercial debt collection laws, UCC lien processes, and contractual obligations
Collaborate with legal on enforcement, litigation, and collateral recovery
Continuously refine workflows, systems, and policies to improve efficiency and customer experience
Metrics You'll Own:
Delinquency Rates - Keep 30-, 60-, and 90-day buckets within thresholds
Roll Rate - Limit accounts progressing into later-stage delinquency
Recovery Rate - Maximize recoveries on charged-off accounts
Time-to-Resolution - Shorten average days to resolve delinquent cases
About You:
5+ years in commercial collections, credit risk, or portfolio management (fintech, SMB lending, factoring, or equipment finance preferred)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recovery targets in a B2B lending environment
Strong understanding of secured/unsecured lending, UCC filings, lien enforcement, and business credit agreements
Skilled negotiator who balances firmness with professionalism
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

The Role
Acceleration Partners is seeking a Product Manager to support the product strategy, vision, and design for the next evolution of our internal proprietary technology platform, APVision. Lead product discovery and design to augment the existing data warehouse, reporting modules, and predictive tools.

Direct experience with affiliate, influencer, and marketing data - understanding its unique complexities, transformations, and applications for analytics.
Familiarity with cloud-based data and analytics ecosystems, specifically AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue), SQL-based data warehouses, and BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business needs into product requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with predictive analytics, experimentation frameworks, or AI/ML-enabled products.
Prior experience working in a global, distributed organization.

**Job Description**
The Field Service Specialist I is an entry-to-intermediate level role responsible for supporting the installation, start-up, and commissioning of Copeland control systems in commercial refrigeration and building management environments. This role provides hands-on field exposure to retail refrigeration, controls hardware, and software configuration under the guidance of senior field specialists. Field work will be required with extensive overnight travel. The Field Services Specialist I is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport and communications with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate.
**AS A FIELD SERVICE SPECIALIST I, YOU WILL:** ** **
+ Perform basic on-site installation, start-up, and verification of Copeland Retail Solutions products and systems.
+ Terminate low-voltage control wiring and verify I/O connections.
+ Load and adjust control programs with support from higher-level specialists.
+ Provide basic troubleshooting support to ensure systems are operational and free of defects.
+ Review and interpret store prints and wiring diagrams with assistance.
+ Support new store commissioning and remodel commissioning activities and associated documentation.
+ Maintain accurate and timely completion of all documentation (FSRs, timesheets, expenses, etc.).
+ Provide basic training to contractors and site personnel on Copeland hardware/software.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS** **:**
+ 1-3 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or controls systems.
+ Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in HVAC/R, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.
+ Basic understanding of refrigeration systems, control logic, and building automation.
+ Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, Internet software, E-mail, and Windows.
+ Familiarity with Copeland, Danfoss, Carel, or similar controllers preferred.
+ Ability to travel up to 85-90%.
