Position Summary:
As a Custodian at PK Property Services, you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value being part of a supportive team.
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
General cleaning of specified areas to each specific facility's needs
Window washing, sanitizing, dusting
Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms
Completing daily reports for work completed
Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks

What You'll Need:

The Opportunity
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the community, providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. Compensation: $18 - $20/hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn leasing commission and renewal bonuses!
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday. Tuesday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What You'll Own
Leasing & Sales
Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the community.
Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
Resident Experience & Service
Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
Operational & Administrative Performance
Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity's move-in ready standards.
Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
Conduct move-out inspections and assist with community turnover procedures.
Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity's standards.

Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Availability & Travel
This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may be required. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The role may require lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
