As a Rotational Talent Advisor, you are a trusted Americas Talent business advisor that serves as a resource to the US-based Campus Recruiting community to support teams in times of disruption. Through maintaining an agile approach to your work, you may serve as a Market Recruiter, acting as the subject matter expert of market(s) (city, geography, service lines, specialty practices, etc.) to which you are aligned, a School Recruiter, the main point of contact and subject matter expert for all entry level opportunities at EY's Target schools, and/or a Sourcing Recruiter, a true entrepreneur in both establishing EY's brand in the market and pipelining talent in alignment with the business.
You are quick to adapt to change and able to work in an environment that requires you to ask thoughtful questions, leverage knowledge gained in prior experiences, and leverage various EY resources to execute in any new role. You work well independently and vocalize the support, information, and resources you need to be successful in a role. You work well with ambiguity and maintain a positive attitude during times of transition and change. As a member of the Americas Campus Community, you will share best practices, insights, and information as they are learned during your various rotations in order to continually enhance our efforts and strengthen EY's brand in the market.
